Student diary in Boston, Aug 20
Today, I visited two museums: the MIT Museum and the Harvard Museum of Natural History. Although I don’t often visit museums, I thoroughly enjoyed both. They had many fascinating exhibits.
In the early evening, Mr. Yoshinaga gave a speech to us. He shared his career journey and discussed how he has addressed environmental issues through his work. As someone who is interested in these issues and has been involved in volunteer work, I found his talk deeply inspiring. I hope to attend an American university someday, just like he did.
During this program, I have developed my leadership vision, inspired by Miki. In my final presentation, I plan to share this with everyone. While I’m sad to be returning to Japan, I will make the most of the last day of this study tour.
